The last two weeks have been filled with mixed emotions. On August 15, 2024, we experienced the very sudden passing of former member Tom O'Handley, which shocked many of us. Many Rotarians have shared their condolences through social media, in person, and on Tom's obituary. On a more positive note, we welcomed three new members to our club! In Memoriam: Tom O'Handley
With profound sadness, we share the passing of Tom O'Handley, a cherished former member of Rotary Halifax Harbour. Tom’s warmth, humour, and dedication made him an integral part of our Rotary family and the broader community. All who knew him felt his kindness and generosity, and he left a lasting impact through his commitment to service and his infectious joy for life.
