True Rotarian Award Bestowed Upon Thomas Paul
On July 12, 2024, during the Rotary Halifax Harbour Handover Breakfast, a significant event marked the transition into the new Rotary year that began on July 1. Immediate past president Godfred Chongatera awarded the prestigious True Rotarian Award to immediate past secretary Thomas Paul. This esteemed recognition is bestowed at the discretion of the president and celebrates the exemplary service and dedication of a distinguished Rotarian.

Rotary Halifax Harbour Awards Danielle Lemieux the PeaceBuilder Award
A couple of years ago, under the leadership of our current District Governor, Jillian Gibson, Rotary Halifax Harbour became a PeaceBuilder Club. This designation marked a significant milestone in our club's dedication to fostering peace and goodwill within our community and beyond. Immediate past president Godfred Chongatera took the opportunity to award this year's PeaceBuilder Award to a person who embodies these values.

Rotary Halifax Harbour Welcomes The Westin Nova Scotian as a Corporate Member
