Halifax Harbour Express No. 90 - Oct 11, 2024
Pints for Polio is a fundraiser happening on October 21, 2024, at Celtic Corner in Dartmouth, supporting the End Polio Now campaign. For $25, you will enjoy a burger (trio or veggie), fries, and a 20 oz. Moosehead Lager or Radler. Out of every ticket, $5 will be donated to End Polio Now, and thanks to matching contributions, this can generate $15 for the cause. The event runs from 11 AM until kitchen close, and you can join at any time for lunch or dinner. There will also be a 50/50 draw and an auction, making it a fun and impactful way to help eradicate polio.

To help with numbers, please let Ashley Butt know if you are coming. Cash is preferred, but there may be a card machine available if needed. You can also pay by e-transfer.

Tuskegee's Hidden Figures in Polio History: A Legacy of Perseverance and the Ongoing Fight to End Polio
The fight against polio has been marked by the courage and determination of unsung heroes.
