RibFest Update - Garbage Volunteers
This year’s volunteer roster for the RibFest garbage crews will be slightly different. The shifts will now be shorter (4 hours) which should make them more appealing. Groups are welcome to volunteer for more than one shift if they wish. Each group that volunteers will receive a $400 donation per shift. Each group must have 16 folks on site. Volunteers must be no younger than 14 years old.

If you know any interested groups, please reach out to Ashley.

SchoolsPlus Apps
With the financial support of our Charitable Trust, we will be purchasing iPad applications called Proloquo2go for two students in the Halifax area. The students have non-verbal Autism Spectrum Disorder and these applications will help them to communicate. The request came through from SchoolsPlus.
Pakora, Paneer & Pool Party
We are planning a Club Curry Night on May 10. More details will be shared soon. Also, there are pool tables at the restaurant we choose, so this may be a Rotary takeover.
Anniversary Logo
We are rolling out a special anniversary logo to mark this occasion. You can find information and download our logos/letterheads on our Club's Branding webpage (Member Info & Tools > Club Brand Content). Please let me know if you need help getting and using our brand content.
