We use ClubRunner to manage many areas of our Club. ClubRunner is connected to Rotary International's database. When you make an update to your ClubRunner profile (email address, phone number, etc.) this also updates RI's database... in theory. Until recently, this has been a one-direction process. If any changes were made in My.Rotary.org the changes would not be reflected in ClubRunner. We have turned on two-direction syncing. This means changes made on either ClubRunner or My.Rotary.org will reflect on the other.
You should keep your profile up-to-date. You can update your profile in ClubRunner or My.Rotary.org.
ClubRunner
You can update your ClubRunner profile here, or by following these steps:
- Visit the Member Info & Tools page on the club's website.
- Click on Update Your ClubRunner / Rotary Profile. You will need your ClubRunner username and login.
- You can select different areas of your profile and then click Edit. Once you have finished, click save.
My.Rotary.org
You can update your ClubRunner profile here, or by following these steps:
- Visit www.my.rotary.org.
- Sign-in or Register. If you Register, you must use the email address you provided when you became a member or what is in ClubRunner.
- Under the My Account menu, select My Profile.
- You can edit your profile here. Don't forget to save.
My.Rotary.org uses an email address when you sign in. If you update your contact email address online or in ClubRunner, your sign-in email address will NOT update. To update your My.Rotary.org sign-in email address, click on Account Settings in the My Account menu and change your sign-in email under security. This is an important step if you discontinue using an old email address.
