At our Friday morning breakfast meeting, we take the time to introduce and recognize Rotary Clubs from around the world.
This week we recognize the Rotary Club of Oklahoma City. Chartered in 1911, this HUGE club is officially the largest Rotary Club in the world with over 600 members. There is a lot to say about this club, but some impressive highlights include giving $150,000 annually to the Polio Fund and 50% of members being Paul Harris Fellows.
This week we recognize the Rotary Club of Oklahoma City. Chartered in 1911, this HUGE club is officially the largest Rotary Club in the world with over 600 members. There is a lot to say about this club, but some impressive highlights include giving $150,000 annually to the Polio Fund and 50% of members being Paul Harris Fellows.
They give to hundreds of local and regional projects and host many fundraising activities, including a ribfest.
