If you want to honour our global Rotary history and help us do more good in the world, please consider giving to the Rotary Foundation or the Rotary Club of Halifax Charitable Trust. A donation to either is tax deductible. But what is the difference between the two?

As many of you know, Halifax will host SailGP this spring on the Halifax Waterfront. While the event will be held over two days, the event organization will have a presence in the city for nearly a month to prepare. With that comes the opportunity for youth to take part in an internship program that they have created where students and young professionals (18+) work alongside the permanent staff that travel the world putting on the event. Attached is information that may highlight opportunities for someone personally close to you, or within your work.
We acknowledge that our club is in Mi'kma'ki, the traditional and ancestral territory of the Mi'kmaq people. We recognize the peace and friendship treaties signed between the British Crown and the Mi'kmaq from 1760 to 1769. We are all treaty people and we have rights and responsibilities as Mi'kmaq and settlers alike.
