From the start of the Giving Tuesday Campaign, $1885 was added to our Stock-the-Box total. That was doubled by a matching pledge from the Rotary Club of Calgary Fish Creek and the Rotary Club of Kenora, bringing our impact to $3770. That's the equivalent of 151 families now no longer in the dark.

This Holiday Season, the Joe Howe School Advisory Council is creating a "Holly-Day Shop" in the gym for students to purchase gifts for someone they love. They are looking for donations of gently used or new items for the students to purchase between December 12 and 14. Find all the details here.

Rotary Wine Survivor Eliminations have begun with a random survivor being eliminated daily at 8 AM by video message! We started with 16 thirsty survivors, and as of December 1, we have asked 5 to leave the tribe. There has been some good-natured banter between the survivors, including some poetry. The final two survivors will be known on December 10th, with the last elimination on December 15th during our meeting. See the elimination videos below...

We are excited to share we will be delivering Christmas Hampers to needy families in the Halifax area. We need your help! If you are able to donate food items or volunteer to pack/deliver the hampers, please read more below.

We are coordinating opportunities to volunteer for the Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign. Dates and times have not been confirmed, but if you are interested in volunteering, please reach out to Dav.
