The Rotary Club of Halifax Harbour Programs Committee welcomes applications for the Rotary Youth Exchange Program! Students aged 15 to 19 are eligible to complete an application to be considered for either a short or long-term exchange starting in 2024. The application deadline is Wednesday, November 15th.
