The Rotary Club of Halifax Harbour is delighted to welcome Sharifah Nansukusa as the newest member of our Rotary family!
Sharifah was officially inducted into the club during our meeting on Friday, September 18, receiving her Rotary pin and certificate of membership as we welcomed her into a worldwide community of people committed to Service Above Self.
Joining Rotary is about much more than attending meetings. It’s an opportunity to build friendships, bring new ideas to the table, get involved in our community, and work alongside others who want to make a difference — here in Halifax and around the world.
Every new member also makes our club stronger. Sharifah brings her own experiences, perspectives and talents to Halifax Harbour, and we’re excited to see where her Rotary journey takes her.
For more than a century, Rotarians in Halifax have been coming together to turn ideas into action. From supporting local youth and community organizations to international projects and Rotary’s global efforts, that work continues because people choose to get involved.
