What a weekend! Members of the recently travelled to Shediac for the District Conference — and it was an unforgettable experience filled with connection, celebration, inspiration, and Rotary fellowship.
Throughout the weekend, our members had the opportunity to reconnect with friends from clubs across Atlantic Canada and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, share ideas, celebrate accomplishments, and experience the incredible energy that makes Rotary so special.
One of the highlights of the conference was seeing our club recognized for its environmental leadership. was honoured with a Bronze Enviro Award for the work of our Environmental Committee. A huge congratulations and thank you goes to Danielle Lemieux and the entire committee for their passion, leadership, and commitment to helping make our community — and our world — a little greener.
The conference also included a touching memorial ceremony remembering Rotarians we have lost over the past year. Our club was honoured to lay roses in memory of Doug Logan and Bill Cullen, recognizing their friendship, service, and lasting impact on Rotary and our community.

Another special moment was the official leadership handover to our new District Governor — our very own Chris Hornberger! We are incredibly proud to see a member of our club stepping into this important role and know Chris will lead the district with passion, kindness, and vision.

And the excitement does not stop there…
