Students submitted their designs to their teachers, and six pieces of art were selected by the school. To celebrate their creativity, we provided small gift bags to the students whose work was chosen.
The original plan was to sell the greeting cards leading up to the holiday season and throughout the year, with all proceeds supporting Rotary Halifax Harbour’s projects. However, due to time constraints, we’ve decided to pause the project until the new year. This will give us the time needed to regroup and ensure the cards are ready for ordering in early 2025.
Each card is blank inside, making them perfect for any occasion. The back features the logos of Rotary Halifax Harbour and Joseph Howe Elementary, along with a brief statement about the fundraising initiative.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the talented students of Joseph Howe Elementary for their incredible contributions to this project. Your creativity has been inspiring, and we can’t wait to share these cards with the community in the coming months.
Below are previews of the card designs—stay tuned for updates in the new year!
