Our Rotary family is saddened to share the passing of our fellow member, Bill Cullen. Bill joined Rotary Halifax Harbour in August 2024 and made a remarkable impact in a short time. This past summer, he was a driving force at Harbourside RibFest—managing the bar and helping us deliver one of our most successful events in recent years.
Bill was deeply rooted in his Dartmouth community and brought warmth, humour, and generosity everywhere he went. His daughter Victoria shared that “he really was so proud and dedicated to the Rotary,” and that being part of our club meant a great deal to him.

Celebration of Life
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 23rd, from 1:00–3:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Home in Dartmouth.
