Rachel Karoline of ISANS has formed a new singing group called the Halifax Newcomer Choir. They are looking for people, and you don't have to be a "singer"! If you like singing and like helping newcomers, this may be for you. This fun group spends its time both helping newcomers learn English and singing. They practice Tuesday evenings.
