District Governor meets HRRC on Board the HMCS Sackville!

Today was the annual visit from the District Governor to our Club. DG Greg Coldwell and his wife Claudia joined us on board the HMCS Sackville where Greg shared his presentation with our Club Members.
 

Thank you DG Greg for such an amazing and inspiring presentation this morning on board ship. You reminded us all once again that:

  • We are all Rotarians because we want to make a difference
  • We are all part of an organization that is doing just that, and doing it well
  • There is room for everyone in Rotary, those will all levels of time, talent and finances to contribute to the greater good
  • Working for good in the community and around the world AND laughing together go hand in hand :-)
  • Being a Rotarian is exciting!

Thanks also to the great staff on board the HMCS Sackville for opening their space for us to meet in, and for taking several of us on a most interesting and informative tour when our meeting was done. We are very excited about the future of this Navy Memorial!
