Rotary Halifax Harbour is upgrading to the new version of ClubRunner. This page explains what’s changing, what it means for members, and what you need to do.

Upgrade Complete 🎉

On September 10, 2025, our club’s ClubRunner system was successfully upgraded to ClubRunner Nova. The migration went smoothly and we’re excited for you to explore the new look and features.

Invoices & Transaction Summaries

  • An invoice covering July 1 – September 5, 2025 was sent on September 10.

  • Members also received transaction summaries by email on August 31 or September 1. These provide a snapshot of your account and should be kept for your records.

If you have questions about your account balance or invoices, please contact Thomas.


What This Means for You

  • A new layout and design: The menus, dashboards, and pages look different, but everything you’re used to is still there.

  • Faster navigation: Pages load quicker, and it should be easier to find what you need.

  • No data loss: All your information, history, and records have been carried over.

  • Financial reset: Previous financial transactions were archived (not migrated). The new Nova financial module starts fresh.

  • Log in and explore the new system.

  • Update your profile: Double-check your contact information, photo, and privacy settings.

Archived Financial Info

  • All previous financial transactions have been archived for reference.

  • Details were shared in the September 2 email: ClubRunner Financial Archive – Files Now Available.

  • The financial section in Nova is a completely new system, so starting fresh is expected.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Do I need to create a new login?
A: Nope! Your existing username and password still work.

Q: Where are my past transactions?
A: They weren’t migrated, but all details have been archived and are available if you need them. The new system starts fresh from September 2025.

Q: Didn’t I already get a statement?
A: Yes. Members received transaction summaries by email on Aug 31 or Sep 1. These were sent before the September 10 invoice and are for your records.

Q: What if I find missing or incorrect information?
A: Please contact Thomas right away. Some older records may still be in cleanup.

Q: Can I pay my invoice by credit card now?
A: Not yet, but it’s on the horizon. Stay tuned for updates.

Q: Where can I learn how to use the new system?
A: We’re preparing resources, and you can also check the official ClubRunner support site.

Q: Who do I contact for help?
A: Thomas is your go-to for questions, troubleshooting, or guidance.
