Luke MacDonald joined our club just over 6 months ago and his drive and passion for local and international development has really blown us out of the water.

Luke shared with us an inspiring, moving and down-right impressive classification speech!

Luke, a local Dartmouth boy and incredible athlete shared with us his childhood, family values and the quirks that developed his interests and aided in the discovery of his future path.

Once he had an idea of what he wanted to do career wise, he made a map of what he needed to do and went straight to work. Luke shared the habits that developed his abilities and what made him a strong leader (Vision, Integrity, Inquisition, Risk Taking, and Passion).

Luke has been a pioneer for developing the Atlantic running scene, especially in regards to youth running, as well as leading wonderful work internationally which focuses on education and health.

Luke is an inspiring, down to earth, global samaritan that we are proud to have as a fellow Rotarian!
