Our Special Guest Speaker today was Floria Aghdamimehr, Wellness Consultant & Coach. Floria spoke about the aging process and how we can actually slow it down. The three main areas that need work from most of us are:
  1. Good Nutrition
  2. Adequate Intake of Water on a Daily Basis
  3. Regular Exercise
Floria also reminded us that stress can add to the aging process by affecting our immune system, and increasing the risk of disease. Wellness is not a destination, it's a process. Thank you Floria for reminding us to take care of ourselves!
