While we strive to offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including membership dues and contributions, not every option may always be available.
 
Payment Methods and Fees:
  • Cash: No additional fee.
  • Cheque: No additional fee.
  • e-Transfer: A fee of $1 applies.
  • Credit Card (In-person): A fee of 2.72% applies.
  • Debit Card (In-person): A fee of 0.76% + 7ยข applies.
  • Credit Card (Online): A fee of 3.0% plus $0.30 applies.
  • Credit Card (Over the Phone): A fee of 3.52% plus $0.15 applies.
Payment Instructions:
Service fees for online transactions are automatically included in your invoice. Should you prefer not to pay online with a credit card, we can modify the invoice to reflect the appropriate fees for your chosen payment method.
 
For instance, if your club dues invoice is $225, an additional service fee of $7.05 would result in a total of $232.05. Should you opt for eTransfer, simply add the $1 service fee to the $225 when transferring the funds.

Special Considerations:
Occasionally, the club may cover payment processing fees for certain events. During fundraisers, for instance, external participants will not be subject to service fees, as these are incorporated into the pricing of the items for sale.
