• Topic #1: Ribfest. Ribfest co-chairs Steph and Clarke will present on Ribfest's plans for this year, long-term challenges, general financial picture, and answer questions.

What is an assembly?

A Rotary Club Assembly is an internal club meeting where members come together to receive important updates, prepare for upcoming initiatives, and align on club direction. Unlike a regular weekly Rotary meeting (which often features a guest speaker or community focus), an assembly is more of a working session. It's essentially the club's "town hall": a chance to build shared understanding, generate enthusiasm, and make sure everyone is rowing in the same direction. Our assemblies are held twice a year, once in the Fall and once in the Spring.
