FRIDAYS Rotary Halifax Harbour — Friday Morning Meeting

Our club meets most Friday mornings at the Westin Nova Scotian at 7:15 AM, in person and online.

  • Time: 7:15 AM (in-person + online)
  • Location: Westin Nova Scotian (room may vary — check the calendar)
  • Online platform: Zoom
Online attendance: For security reasons, we do not publish our Zoom link publicly. The good news is that the Zoom link is the same for every Friday meeting. Please email info@rotaryhalifaxharbour.ca at least 24 hours in advance to receive the Zoom link.
 
Cost (In-person)
  • $5 coffee/tea fee
  • Waived if you purchase the buffet for $20 (including tax)
  • Please reach out for payment details.
Visiting Rotarians and guests are welcome — please confirm details via the calendar.
THURSDAYS Companion Club — Peacebuilders

Our Companion Club meets every other Thursday at 7:00 PM, online.

  • Time: Every other Thursday at 7:00 PM
  • Platform: Microsoft Teams
  • Cost: No cost to attend
Online attendance: For security reasons, we do not publish our Teams link publicly. The Teams link is the same for each Companion Club meeting. Please email RCHHPeacebuilders@outlook.com at least 24 hours in advance to receive the Teams link.

We make every effort to keep our calendar updated, but we strongly encourage guests to reach out to confirm meeting details — especially if you plan to attend online.

WEATHER In-person Weather Cancellations (Fridays)

Please don’t travel if roads are unsafe. Most meetings are hybrid; online meetings will continue unless otherwise advised.

Policy: All Rotary in-person meetings will be cancelled if Halifax area schools close for weather. School closures are usually announced around 6:00 AM.

Please let your Rotary guests know about this policy. The Westin will be informed ASAP to cancel food orders.
